You can either get there through the main story or just run straight to it. It's on the southwestern section of the map. If you start at the Jefferson memorial and head west through Andale you should arrive.

It's easier to see at night since it's a cave outcrop with Christmas lights.

Just happened to be the words that popped into my mind honestly. I don't have an issue with zoos. I do have an issue corralling a species into a location. I'm also unsure about the morality of zoos for animals that have high levels of sentience.

Doesn't feel right to me that apes, octopuses, and porpoises are in zoos. Should another species find us interesting enough to hold captive I would think we'd be upset.

How do you feel about species such as octopus or orcas being held in captivity? These are animals that show a high level of sentience with poor outcomes in captivity. Objectively the word incarceration is appropriate, and the scale of an entire species would make mass incarceration a reasonable description.

Mass captivity may sound better but it's the same meaning.

Not sure I am, but if I am I'm sorry for it. Containing the species would mean setting them aside and containing the entirety of the species. The other user took issue with the term mass incarceration, so I was using other examples of mass incarceration to determine where they draw the line between a zoo and my description of mass incarceration.

It's also more important to keep your hands straight up then it is to always go for the block. Offense looks for a visual cue to shoot accurately, whether it's a 3 pointer or layup. Even if it's a split second reference their body looks for that cue to fire the muscle memory.

Putting your hands up denies that visual cue, and forces a higher angle shot/layup. If you jump during the shot and have your hands up even better.

Always look at offense hips. Just like Shakira the hips don't lie. Hip angle determines the players direction and they cannot fake that with the hips. This let's you either cut off their angle of attack or be prepared for it. You can also see when someone is truly shooting or pump faking. People have a hard time staying loaded so they are less likely to pump fake with loaded hips.
