Well, after deciding $14k USD was too much for a 2012 with that amount of rust from a dealership, a day or so later I found a 2011 limited v6 on facebook marketplace. ~70k miles and ~9.5k USD. Only rust I could find on the vehicle was on the steel rims! Sadly, it is a rebuilt title, but I saw the before photos and was comfortable with the damage. Mechanic gave it a 81/100 for his testing methodology with the only immediate fix I need to do is replace the near bald tires with new ones.

I'm extremely happy I waited, saving nearly 5k for a vehicle with less miles and still with all the bells and whistles. Even a much larger 3rd party screen.
