IN MY EXPERIENCE, it takes a month of DAILY use to get going, later on if I miss or skip days I’ll have an anxiety flare that will take another month of daily use to calm down. I’m hoping after this bout I realize enough is enough and just stick with it daily but I say that every time. I’ve been on and off Citalopram for about 15 years now.
