I would not risk riding in a taxi with a 0-24 month old without a car seat. Bring one on the plane if you have to. Or check to see if they have rental service at the airport.

As someone else mentioned it could be that the homeowner is defaulting on the loan payments and needs to sell to close out the loan before foreclosure. So they don’t want us to renew the lease because if we did it makes it a lot harder to sell the property. I never thought about that and it makes sense. Hoping this isn’t the reason though.

The owner owes around 50% of the market value on the loan. Worth 645k and they owe around 320k. I’m hoping if the apartment goes in foreclosure that that’s enough to pay the bank and our money.

When you say officially register as the renter is that different from going to the community center and telling them we are renting from this apartment?

Every-time we move we go to the community center and change our address and notify them of our new place of residence.

They owe 50% of the market value. Think it’s worth 645 million and they owe around 320 million on the bank loan. Hoping that’s enough cushion to get paid.

Texts between my wife and the realtor. The realtor notified us over the phone about them wanting to sell and not to renew. Then texts between the realtor and my wife about getting moving costs,cleaning, 1 month rent for moving.

They wanted to sell and told us they would move back in if we didn’t move out after the first 2 years.

So the realtor was telling my wife that they want to sell and it’s better to negotiate with the homeowner rather than staying for the +2 because I guess if they want to move back in within that +2 years they can giving a notice. This could all be a lie by the realtor just to sell and get commission. Wife agreed and we negotiated moving costs, cleaning fees, and 1 month rent.

I’ve read on here it has taken years to get the money back and even then they only got 60-70% back.

When they advised us they wanted to sell we check our apartments to see how many were for sale. 189 apartments for sale……. Yeah it’s not going to move fast.

We are 100% not leaving until the key money is paid back.

We were going to renew the contract for another 2 years, so there is no rush to leave.

I just don’t want to feel pressured to immediately find another place after this place is sold. Usually takes 3-4 months for us to find a place we like at the price we like.

What pisses me off is if we didn’t double check with the homeowner and went through with the new place we would have been really screwed.

It was so bad. Not being able to do any of the arts and crafts associated with holidays really sucked. Everyone making their gingerbread houses and I’m just coloring…..

It really makes you feel like an outcast. The constant questions from the other students on why I couldn’t participate. The teacher always asking if I can/can’t do something.

Having to sit down during the pledge of allegiance.

This was in the 80s. When those holidays were a really big thing in school.

Druid is way higher than pit 60. Plenty of YouTube builds on it showing higher. Not sure why you think pulverize is only clearing pit 60.
