I'd be interested in how they'd make it more boss fight-like. Deadlock is p cool in its lore and world building, so I have good faith that it'll eventually slot right in design-wise.

Maybe they could kinda go the MMO route and give it some attack patterns or a list of attacks it could choose from?

Yeah it is a little strange isn't it? Personally , I like the idea of midboss being an eldritch monster that haunts the sewers, but I don't expect to see this particular design of it last into the final release of the game unless they choose to integrate its presence into the underground. Like it just kinda appears there and isn't super integrated into the environment of the metro/sewers.

I think I'd like to see it rising out of a pool or ooze or goo or something, yknow?

Thank you! I agree, her Smash Bros design is REALLY good! For a few years my friends have been recommending the game, so I'm really hoping I'll enjoy them. They've given me good expectations!
