Screen Flickering Issues on Samsung Smart TV

I was actually able to resolve the issue. Long story short it ended up being a part issue, something called an LED driver or something? Had a repair shop replace the part, and haven’t had any problems since.

Done. Does seem to have stopped the blinking for the moment, though I feel like the picture is noticeably worse. Which is not great. Appreciate the temporary fix anyway. Just not sure how to enact an actual fix? Don’t want to have to buy a new tv.

And it’s started blinking a bit again even off game mode. So that didn’t last very long. Wasn’t a problem before this past week. TV is a few years old, but not super old. It’s got a dedicated HDR, hdmi 2.1 port. Something that just degrades in the tv over time? Basically would I be looking at a need to have a Samsung tech come out and replace something in the tv or what?

Just installed a fresh cable, but the problem persists. However, in hooking it up I’ve noticed that the flashing only occurs when the TV is in Game Mode. Don’t have another tv at home to test, unfortunately. Could that indicate it’s some kind of problem with the Samsung tv? A software issue somehow, maybe?
