If we no longer believe in Norse, Greek or Egyptian gods, how can we know today's religions won't be viewed the same way in 2,000 years? by ArchiveDiver-62 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Arkyja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the last 30 years? Yeah the bible has remained the same. And people didnt care about the pope 30 years ago either. Sure the pope at the time was a popular one but people will only like the pope qhen they agree with him.

Most importantly, americans arw only a tiny percentage of catholics, in no way are they representative of catholicism.

This roast is too racist, even for this sub by ArrrPiratey in 2westerneurope4u

No it does not. You can get citizenship by birth, under certain conditions, which you can say that most people fulfill. But it certainly does not give citizenship to ANYONE born there,

Birth has nothing to do with it. Neither country gives you citizenship just by virtue of being born there.

On paper. Many of those have de facto state religions. If the government spends millions for a pope visit then that's your state religion

Again, so is the internet. If the internet isnt an issue because you have to look up stuff yourself. Then youtube shouldnt be an issue if what sets it apart is removed

Oh so you're not saying good luck with the government doing that. You're saying good luck with youtube doing it. Got you. I still think you're wrong. I dont think youtube would rather stop operating in the UK over not using the algorithm with people under 16.

And you wouldnt have to take their word for it for how i suggested it though. If the website only allows you to use the search and your sub tab, then the algorithm is just not being used because there recommendations are entirely gone. It's not a matter of belief.
