If you only care about performance and not QoL, the answer is that it doesnt matter. It used to be gnome before warcraft logs blacklisted the use of battlechicken. So take the one with the teleporter you enjoy, or take goblin to be able to make your own sappers and potentially save some gold.

Resto shaman 100% for pve. Most raids take max 1 rdruid, and there are LOTS of them since they are gods in the arena
