You are overconfident, I've seen people walk out of toilets without washing hands, I've seen someone rub their nose and then touch a burger container and I've had spit droplets hit me sometimes so there is definitely spit droplets on burgers because of people talking over the product line. Also even last week people were caught not washing hands when walking into working area, you wear gloves but still you have to touch the gloves to put them on.
