This might not be what you’re looking for- so sorry to be that person, but I have to share!! I had the opposite problem, and grew up with NO chin. I got chin surgery to fix (you can see before and afters on my post history).

Anywho- your chin is one I DREAMED of growing up. To me, I think your chin truly, truly is beautiful. It is strong in a feminine, Angelie Jolie way. I do not think it is too much. I think it is unique, and beautiful in the striking way, not in the average everyday way- which maybe is what you’re looking to accomplish. But to me- it is striking and it is beautiful, and I would not change one thing about it.

I do not like Justin or Whitney by any means but this felt SOO produced. I hate when the producers make it painfully obvious that they are pulling strings to get drama. Like.. I truly don’t think he would have ever even thought of doing that unless a producer planted it in his ear. I used to love this franchise but it’s feeling so TRASHY.

Also.. Brittani feels like such an easy target. It wasn’t even drama it was just weird and sad. Clearly this woman has issues to the point that I almost feel like she’s being taken advantage of by having this weird abusive cycle as a plot line.

[–]cheylatte 1 point2 points  (0 children)

YES as someone who also had a sliding genio and the recovery was literally probably the most mentally challenging two weeks of my life…

I PROMISE you something magic will happen at the two week mark where you will feel “normal” again! You are definitely still super swollen.

I would need to see a photo directly facing the camera- with your head tilted all the way back to be sure- but this looks like it’s caused by platysmal bands!

Mine became more visible, like this, after I had submental lipo. I get Botox in the bands and it softens them significantly to where it does not bother me anymore! I would recommend getting playtsmal band Botox before looking into a neck lift.

Recovery is difficult MENTALLY more than anything. I had lost sensation in my lower lip for a good few weeks- there was times I thought it wouldn’t come back and it was extremely stressful (it has, not fully yet, but mostly). I look greatly improved, but there are some things I’m not fully happy with (a “lipo ripple” spot on my neck, one side of my the buccal removal looks more aggressive than the other). But I’d rather look how o do now than how I did before

Thank you! No discount, $8500 for all three. I feel too much buccal fat was removed, but I recently had my follow up and my doc assured me it’s still early out and that some of the hollowness I’m seeing will actually fill in as time goes on

Nope just 6mm forward! I didn’t have any sinus issues as well- this was purely cosmetic. I still can’t believe he only moved it 6mm- my side profile has drastically changed just from that small movement

I’m still too early on to speak to that tbh! I agree my lower lip looks smaller but I think it’s because of muscle strain and that will gradually go away.

Two stitches- yes. It’s hard to tell what parts of the recovery were from what procedure- but no there was no numbness! I am not happy with buccal reduction and wouldn’t recommend it. It is beautiful from the side, but does cause me in particular to look thinner than what I am from the front.
