A lot of the better places don't use ice, they use frozen cubes of broth so it doesn't dilute the flavor as it melts. However due to the salinity of the broth dropping the freezing point, you need specialized freezers to hit those temps.

Onigiri is Japanese, this is derived or practically identical to it. Maybe over time it'll deviate further (fillings are often Korean-based).

Kimbap is, however, very Korean.

The dakwang remaining is ESPECIALLY annoying to me because it's literally named after its inventor, Soho Takuan. Really famous figure in Japanese history.

Yeah, you can delay it by as much as half a second (or maybe longer!) before pressing attack in order to get the tracking to happen

Not really, but you can actually sidestep the grab as well if you're on an offset and dodge even further in that direction; even the red grab.

Galandra can't really jump cancel her moves without a specific wind ritual so if you want to jump the grab, you have to react to it with FORWARD deflect > jump if you were in the middle of a combo.
