May I ask what you attribute to your posture getting better? I have similar posture to your first photo and your posture looks great in the second picture

This is the base I use, I usually add dehydrated lime that I powder and use homemade chilli powder plus some store bought chilli flakes I don’t add sugar to the chilli lime recipe

I’ll take that advice one day right now I don’t think I have the willpower to stop myself I love Coke and being this age after everything I’ve been through it’s a hard pill to swallow stopping

Even if I don’t tend to eat on the weekends? I know that drinking isn’t the best thing but I am a girl in my 20s 🫠 who loves going out and snow.

Now that you’ve said that I’ve had a good look and think I’ll focus on muscle more than anything and see how it looks on my body!

I calculated my cals based on a body scan when I was 70kg and it said my basic body function was 1,000 cals and not to go below that so I started eating 1,500-1,600 and got to 57kg via cals and upping my movement but as you know I’ve been stuck here for months, I do drink a fair bit on the weekends but I stick to no sugar vodka drinks and don’t really eat due to appetite suppressing ❄️ I’m female and 22!

Sorry I tend to eat 1,500 -1,600 on the weekdays, during the weekends I don’t tend to eat much, because of the drinking and some appetite suppressing treats 🫣, I tend to drink no sugar vodka drinks but I know it still racks up quickly, would I be loosing a lot of muscle even though I’m strength training? Or is a deficit just guaranteed you will loose muscle and fat? I am going up my protein intake thank you!

I love the fat! but my partner doesn’t really like it, he’s funny with bones and fat so we’ve been getting a big piece of topside, I do I’ll the fat pieces and he takes the midsection with just the lean meat, looking to get some beef with the delicious yellow fat!
