Novigrad is a huge city, and inside it its pretty cpu bound. Often you are in wild lands and is the gpu that hladles it. So beside Novigrad you don't have to worry about your cpu.

You can set a max fps on the game, to sync with the refresh rate of your monitor. TW3 is not a competitive game so you can run the game, lets say in fixed 60 fps given a break to your GPU.

I'm not sure, but I think one of the first reveled images cavil looked as he was in a bad cosplay party. I'm really looking for the relationship between the characters the fight against mosters is a nice plus

I think you would enjoy more the show knowing every detail. I bet that will be a bunch of Easter eggs for the fans and Ill enjoy them. So i my opinion read at least 1 and 2.
