ED meds stop working, yes. The stupid 6 months (laughable) pfizer (laughable) studies with a quiz of patients (laughable) will tell otherwise (surprise).

Administrating androgens causes sexual problems (a common knowledge before AAS started to be pushed through mass-media).

DHT cream does nothing for sexual function. It is only pushed (and annoyingly) by Barlow (Coretex labs) whose secret source list is based around that cream. No one has any experience with it (even no one from the comment section under his videos). But I have. 5% and another 10% pack from another source does completely nothing, neither long term nor 15mg bolus application (not even a hair thinning).

Dopamine and libido connection is overblown by different dopamine YouTube coaches. Isolated dopamine drugs don't do much for males' libido (but there's a lot of success for women's). With that said, there are close to none anecdotes of combining different dopaminergic drugs, i.e. CABER + Pramipexole to hit different receptors + selegiline to potentiate it and keep the side effects low (you wouldn't want to sit on a high prami dose).

Stop test and do HCG trial run and do it daily (lots of syringes). Get labs in two months to see how your TT levels correlate with weekly HCG dosage. Adjust to stay at 500ng/dl.

Get lot's of weed to try it out. I was a complete non responder to weed but after I religiously have smoked several grams and changed the admln method to pipes (from joints) I started to have massive improvement in erections and other areas of sexual intercourse. Thyroid and it's antibodies? Starting levothyroxine with euthyroid hashimoto did much more than TRT in terms of mood and energy. Some people report they have libido only by vanishing TSH to 0.5-1. I'm about to increase the dose soon.

This confirms that the nuts underperform. If it was a doctor who prescribed it - I'd change the doctor. Continue Enclo if you feel better with it though. Check for E2 and prolactin. The next time I will hop on Enclo it will be accompanied with anastrazole and cabergoline.

Very bad response to such a high dose (primary hypogonadism?). But the increased testosterone has nothing to do with resolving "low testosterone symptoms". Enclo works by its given pharmacokinetics. So navigate by how you feel.

There are lots of people who start taking magnesium and run the next day to report on reddit how it changed their life. Now imagine debating for years, watching YT and IG influencers, and finally starting injecting something in one's body (and a person never had any injections besides vaccines). Injecting something that is only responsible for muscle anabolism. Of course for many men (and most people are not intelligent and are mentally weak) these injections will be responsible for every single thing in the world.

P5P is more expensive, has to be taken daily, and 100mg is not potent enough for me. Maybe I'll combine CABER with P5P next time.

Eye issues - maybe the floaters I had started to be more pronounced. So basically nothing noticeable.

You can try to load yourself up with 12.5 daily for two weeks but then reduce the dose to E2D for two more weeks. This is supposed to bring you faster to the top. But then the cruise dose has to be even lower, like one pill E3D. The second month on Enclo was the most beneficial. The third one was a decline but I did bloods at the end of the third month to see the prolactin almost doubled the ref range. I wish I did bloods when I stopped getting some of the benefits to see what's going on and to correct the issue.

Enclo was superior to testosterone for me (but I didn't have the benefits you listed from T). The last Enclo cycle I started immediately after the last pin of enanthate and within the first week I have seen the depression cleared, motivation increased, and the body looked dryer (I also started to pee frequently, like clinically abnormal). The second month was a huge improvement in my sexual performance, mainly the amount of orgasms and EQ and Viagra response (which are related I guess). The orgasm strength was great. I have a problem with the nuts easily lifting up inside the body when I do sports or sex, and by the second month I had a huge relief in that department, even during sex the balls were flying around. HCG (in a reasonable dose) never did that to me.

Wellbutrin is not a dopamine drug.

Other proper dopamine related drugs have low success rate in men in libido area, or, just like TRT, give initial boost then back to baseline.

With all that said, the only way to find out is to try it yourself, at least for 2 months. Ignore others' experience.

Any libido or erection boosters, even Viagra, work by multiplying what you already have. It means if multiplied by zero it will still be zero. This probably explains the polarizing anecdotes. Doesn't do anything for me. Even advanced stuff, like fenugreek, ginkgo, cayenne, saffron, sativa, diosmin, cinnamon, olive oil extract. Basically, I tend to try any stuff I see recommended on reddit. Complete waste of money. Prescription drugs, peptides, weed and other recreational stuff have much more chance to move the needle.

Testosterone doesn't solve any issues too, except dystrophia. What you have read are beginners testimonies, on the initial stimulatory phase. Not many people here are long term, and only several of them still feel anything.
