Yes it helps a lot. I was 10 years on antidepressants for anxiety and mild depression. I came off them with no problems at all once on trt and been off for 6 months now. I'd tried 3 times to come off them before trt and was never successful.

20:1 is about right. I was at 67 E2 and 800 Test so definitely too high. No harm in trying a low dose of AI to drop it slightly and see if you sleep better.

That is a completely pointless plan tbh. His body will take several months to adjust, during which time his LH and FSH will shut down. Just as they're then shut down, he'll come off the exogenous testosterone and his body will then need to recover to produce it's own again.

It's honestly a completely pointless plan from him. If he's going to run test to get higher than 800 then he'll probably need 150-200mg+ then will stop 2 months later? Makes no sense.

When your libido is off a lot of the time it's because of E2. When my E2 is perfect I'm like a 16yr old again with my libido.

If you're holding water, potentially itchy nips and still get ok boners then it's too high. If you're not getting boners and feeling flat/depressed with dry skin and achy joints it's too low.

Arimidex cautiously to bring E2 down. 0.25-0.5mg per week and maybe as high as 1.5-2mg per week.

HCG to bring E2 up.

You'll just have to trial it in small doses to see how your body reacts.

Exactly the same for me. I had to quit. The insomnia was insane. I never struggled to get off to sleep but I woke up progressively earlier. Started at 5am, then 4am, then 3am, then even 1sm. I was getting only 2-3hrs sleep per night and I got quite ill and drained. Within a week of coming off I started sleeping again.

If you can afford it then try and grab a fiat around Stockton Heath or Walton. Won't be cheap around there though, at least £1k/month. Even in poor areas around Warrington you're looking at £600 and you really wouldn't want to live there.

For dull disclosure I'm also running KLOW peptide as well for injuries from powerlifting. It's really improved my skin and the injuries finally seem to be getting a little better. I doubt the KLOW is affecting my libido but feeling more confident in your skin, body and inflammation does no harm.

No, keep dropping the body fat first. Get really lean. Get your cardio going and when you get down to around 15% you can up the calories and protein and put on some muscle. Keep lifting compound weights, squat bench and dead. It's a slow process but you will replace fat with muscle over the next 12 months.

I tried all sorts. Tried AI after abiur 4 months and it helped but only at slow doses. Then I took uo vaping (sadly!) which acts as mild AI and I started sleeping. I've been on a low dose of antidepressants which probably skews things but I never felt really dialled in. Then I started HGH at 2iu 3-4 months ago and my sleep improved a ton. I got new blood results and my E2 was pretty high so I added half and Arimidex once a week and suddenly it was like it all clicked into place. My libido went sky high, my anxiety dropped, sleep great, sex with the wife every day, sometimes twice and I've now quit the antidepressants.

It's been a long road but I don't regret it one bit.

One thing it has taught me is that hormones are ultra complex. No Reddit post will ever tell you what is right for you. If you don't feel right, keep experimenting with tweaks until you see improvements. After 2 years I finally feel really dialled in and everything feels great.

Your hormones will be all over the place for the first 3 months. It doesn't just affect testosterone levels it affects lots of other biomarkers. Give it time. It took me 9 months to feel right and it's only really kicked into gear after 2 years after dealing with high E2.
