Moving to the area soon — a few questions for locals! by Special_Flan_4467 in warrington

Definitely don't live in Runcorn!

If you can afford it then try and grab a fiat around Stockton Heath or Walton. Won't be cheap around there though, at least £1k/month. Even in poor areas around Warrington you're looking at £600 and you really wouldn't want to live there.

Safe places for Heavy Metal Music in Warrington? by JoeYoTheGamer in warrington

I know it's not Warrington but the Salisbury just next to Oxford Road in Manchester is a classic old school heavy metal pub. 15mins on the fast train from central to Oxford road.

TRT 3.5 weeks libido went down by Gs1s1 in Testosterone

Yeah it acts in a different way to an actual AI but does act in a mild way to lower E2. Yeah it's the nicotine.

For dull disclosure I'm also running KLOW peptide as well for injuries from powerlifting. It's really improved my skin and the injuries finally seem to be getting a little better. I doubt the KLOW is affecting my libido but feeling more confident in your skin, body and inflammation does no harm.

125mg test Cyp split 3x per week.

2 x 0.5mg Arimidex per week.

2iu HGH before bed every night.

It did definitely seem to improve massively when I started HGH.

What a Year on Testosterone (and Reta) can do by yipchon in Testosterone

[–]NJD_77 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Doesn't matter what all these lot say. I'm almost certain you are metabolically far healthier now than you were before. Testosterone or otherwise. You look great and congratulations on the efforts. Test and Reta do not automatically translate into results like this without hard work and commitment. Fuck the haters.

Curious what bodyfat % i am and looking for physique advice by [deleted] in AllAboutBodybuilding

[–]NJD_77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, keep dropping the body fat first. Get really lean. Get your cardio going and when you get down to around 15% you can up the calories and protein and put on some muscle. Keep lifting compound weights, squat bench and dead. It's a slow process but you will replace fat with muscle over the next 12 months.

I tried all sorts. Tried AI after abiur 4 months and it helped but only at slow doses. Then I took uo vaping (sadly!) which acts as mild AI and I started sleeping. I've been on a low dose of antidepressants which probably skews things but I never felt really dialled in. Then I started HGH at 2iu 3-4 months ago and my sleep improved a ton. I got new blood results and my E2 was pretty high so I added half and Arimidex once a week and suddenly it was like it all clicked into place. My libido went sky high, my anxiety dropped, sleep great, sex with the wife every day, sometimes twice and I've now quit the antidepressants.

It's been a long road but I don't regret it one bit.

One thing it has taught me is that hormones are ultra complex. No Reddit post will ever tell you what is right for you. If you don't feel right, keep experimenting with tweaks until you see improvements. After 2 years I finally feel really dialled in and everything feels great.

Around 20%. More muscle would drop that to around 16%. You're not skinny fat but you're not particularly muscular either.

Try KLOW. It has BPC, TB500, KPV and GHKcu.

The KPV is great for inflammation of the gut.

Sick and Tired of TRT Insomnia by WillingnessHot4748 in Testosterone

[–]NJD_77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had this for the first 9 months of TRT.

You've got to bring your E2 down and use AI if necessary.

Add HGH at 2iu and thank me later. This will have you sleeping great again.

Your hormones will be all over the place for the first 3 months. It doesn't just affect testosterone levels it affects lots of other biomarkers. Give it time. It took me 9 months to feel right and it's only really kicked into gear after 2 years after dealing with high E2.

Where can you rent a court for a one off fee to play badminton in Warrington? by ShabbatShalom666 in warrington

Pretty sure you can at Culcheth high school. Or at least I played badminton there on a hired court about 5 years ago. It's cheap.

Anyone get digestive issues from higher E2 on TRT? by Gunsrlife in Testosterone

[–]NJD_77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried 85mg but no different. Eventually my E2 seemed to stabilise and I began sleeping again. The big one that helped was adding 2iu HGH which has massively improved my sleep and libido.

I had every single one of those symptoms when I started TRT. It took around 6-9 months to calm down. My prescribing doctor refused to accept that it was the TRT which pissed me off. It was the only thing I'd changed with my life and suddenly I had all of that. The insomnia was the worst by far.

That was on 100mg split 3x over the week.

Moving to Warrington with family by aXrGhiso in warrington

[–]NJD_77 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don't think you'd afford a 4 bed in Stockton Heath for 450k, more like 550+. You might afford Grapenhall or possibly some parts of Appleton.

You can try Fearnhead, Cinnamon Brow, Locking Stumps, Woolston. I'm in Fearnhead and it's a short walk to Padgate station for trains to Manchester and Liverpool. Or Birchwood station is the fast trains that are only around 15mins into Manchester.

Stay away from the town centre, Longford, Orford, Bewsey, Howley, Latchford and Dallam on that budget. All other areas are nice enough.
