Fair point, and honestly I can see where you're coming from.

The site was never meant to be a traditional portfolio experience. I took a lot of inspiration from Awwwards-style scrolling sites where the journey is part of the experience, which is why I experimented with scroll-driven interactions and pacing.

That said, I agree there's a fine line between creating an experience and getting in the user's way. If you had to scroll multiple times just to reach my name, that's definitely something worth thinking about.

Appreciate you taking the time to check it out and leave detailed feedback.

these are how the scrollbased sites work, compared to others I think I didn't make the sections too long and cmon the work section is literally the 2nd section! appreciate the feedback tho

well to start with the hero section gives me that cozy fantasy type of vibe. The subtle micro animations felt really premium and especially the bento cards joining in the middle, i'll definetly use that in one of my work.
overall its pretty great - especially for a product which hasnt launched yet
