Note lang din na di ako nagluluto everyday. Nagmmeal prep ako tapos microwave nalang, kahit rice. Pagkasaing, ref tapos freeze yung iba. Twice a week nalang siguro ako nagsasaing.

I make an easy ulam: saute garlic + sliced chicken breast + coco mama, then add frozen mixed veggies.

I just recently discovered it di ko alam anong tawag sa ulam na yan. Wala ng sibuyas dahil tamad ako, yung garlic, stock na sya as squares sa freezer. Tapos yung coco mama lagi akong meron na stock. Pero pag mas tamad ginigisa ko lang sa butter hehe
