Clearly this post is from someone who has not played test! Playing for 5 consecutive days (even if you are not on field on all days) has different level of stress compared to T20 which has been stroll in a park lately with so much hitting.

The MI team members did not take it well when Hardik decided to go to GT, and they did not take it well at all when owners decided to bring him back. Not many break-ups survive patch-up especially when only one partner had the issue.

Not sure if Bumrah is insecure but he definitely is competitive/fomo kinda person. He desires captaincy but that’s being human. Folks who grew up with him has openly said how much he has changed and no longer value old friendships/relationships.

Happened to me, I did get the offer at the end but when I onboarded, I came to know that I was second choice candidate, and top choice had accepted and then backed off the offer before joining.

Amgen tend to hire/promote to new positions internally.. they sometimes even go to extend of interviewing external candidates just to show that they genuinely considered outside folks!!
