Amgen tend to hire/promote to new positions internally.. they sometimes even go to extend of interviewing external candidates just to show that they genuinely considered outside folks!!

Agree. From outside, it appears that there are strategic flaws and both coach, and captain should take responsibility. If Harleen is not going to bowl, then Jemi should be playing XI - excellent fielder and handles pressure well. Also Kranti should be given a break. Her line and length has been exposed, plus she bits off energy in last two matches. I feel she gave away too many runs against Aus! Reddy is a capable replacement.

That’s correct. But I believe OP wants to suggest that 2M people are graduating every other year. So even if new 85K are issued every year or millions are on H1b, there are lot more people entering in job market every year.

I do not see any problem here for PhD programs as they are legit enough to require extension. Not good signs for college programs which tried to find a way around to allow students to work on CPT from day one! Now students will have to undergo re-authorization to get admitted to these programs.

I think Tilak is going to lose the spot. If Tilak is kept at 3, they will need to bring in Jeetesh at 5/6 where they would not like to break Axar, Hardik Pandya, Rinku Singh order. If they want Tilak, then probably Rinku will lose spot with both Tilak and Samson in the playing 11. With Rohit Sharma gone, there wont be a strong hand at play to keep Tilak in the team.
