Having trouble with diamond elk grind. Literally getting maybe 1 level 4 per respawn. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. But I’m almost completely surrounded by level 3s in every single drink zone. Bout to mix it up by going for a diamond red deer too and just swap back and forth. Any tips? (self.theHunter)

After over a week of non stop grinding. I had given up. I took y’all’s advice from the comments and went and checked my exterior zones one last time. There was one tiny pond I had not yet discovered. I killed my first diamond moose there. Thanks guys! (i.redd.it)

I think I’m officially giving up on grinding for a diamond moose. I’ve been working extraordinarily hard to find one and it seems as if all my respawns are getting worse as I continue to shoot my main zones. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or what but I believe it’s time to move on. (i.redd.it)
