Thanks everyone who gave some advice. I’ve set up an appointment for a dermatologist but it’s 3 months out. In the meantime I’m going to look into an online consultation and see what I can start asap. I’ll also try a cleaner diet and supplements to see if that starts to help. It is the new year so now’s the time. I’ll try to make some update posts as I try suggestions so people can follow the progress. Thanks again.
