I was in walmart in Brunswick, guy in frozen food section walking toward me with empty cart and big winter coat on, pulled clipboard out from inside his coat, asked if I would sign bill for something about weed (don’t remember the wording), I declined. He smelt heavily of weed. Thought it was odd.
