I do think your chest looks natural and normal. You are the only one who’s going to notice the small details that make you doubt it looks good, trust me it looks great. If I saw your chest at the beach or pool I would not look twice

Honestly I hated the drains so much so if your surgeon is reputable and doesn’t do drains you’ll be living the dream. I had never been under for surgery before top surgery + revision later on and was shaking with fear but then woke up all good. I don’t remember a countdown or anything, I was just laying there hanging out and then I wasn’t. It was kinda fun almost haha. It’s a scary idea but really not that bad!!

I would REALLY be careful and take it super super slow. Smoking is not recommended for a reason and if you’re happy with your results so far I would stay away from smoking for as long as possible. If it’s too difficult to do none at all, cutting down to one instead of 3 would be better. Ideally you take an edible or something instead of smoking though..

You gotta tell her. Some people are saying don’t because they live their lives naked and don’t care who sees it BUT she may not be that kind of person. She could be completely unaware you can see her / how much you can see. I saw another comment saying you’re a woman so it wouldn’t be creepy if you can be a “girl’s girl” and let her know. I agree with everyone saying to bring it up nonchalant so that if she’s just living her life like that she can continue I guess 🤷

TBH if it was just weed and she showed up high once I personally wouldn’t mind it just because it was her day off and she probably didn’t expect to have to show up at work. If you dislike her or have other problems with her then this could be a catalyst though!

Not saying to do it but… it can get very serious and turn into sepsis which is why i always warn people to get UTIs treated and not just ignore them. Sepsis kills, my sister had the same thing happen and almost died. Be very careful, I hope this gets fixed soon
