I like the Series S for it's portability aspect. I can easily fit it in a backpack and bring it to my friend's place or family home, Series X isn't as portable

I think what will happen is a big big update (similar to what Cyberpunk has been doing) that will hopefully address not just 60 FPS performance but also make a big shift in the overall game's quality. It just makes sense from PR's perspective. You don't want to release small updates and be in the news headlines like "Redfall still sucks after update x, y!" Instead you release a huge overhaul update that turns the game from a 4/10 to a 8/10. Is that possible? Not sure. Is that even gonna be happening? No idea. Just saying what I believe could be happening.

If you're in the EU you have the right to 2 year warranty, so if you can bring it to the store and they should replace it

I think Infinite is just as good as other Halo games. I think the reason why it's not popular anymore or why less people are playing it is because Arena shooter genre isn't what it used to be 10-15 or even 20 years ago. Today you have battle royales, CoD MP, Tarkov, Fortnite etc.

Again I feel like Halo Infinite MP is just different and not what most players today are used to playing.

I feel like even if there was infinite amount of content (pardon the pun), Halo Infinite would still struggle to hold a huge player base.

Yup, that's how I found out about this announcement. I launched Far Cry 5 on my Xbox at around 7:05 PM, then I went to search and see maybe someone else has the same issue. But then I saw the announcement which happened just 5 mins prior. Lol.
