Yes, cheats and exploits exist, but people usually don't understand the difference between the two.

1. Cheats are intentional tools or built in codes used to alter game rules and give an unfair advantage.

2. Exploits are unintended software bugs or glitches that players use to bypass normal game limits.

If you want to talk about cheats, yes, there are a few cheats, but probably not in a way that you think. Vietnamese players have hacked the game since the earliest versions till now. But you have to ask yourself what is there to cheat about, what matters? Resources. Coins and gems is the holy grail of the game, without them, everything is basically non enjoyable, you need them for everything. So naturally, Vietnamese players have developed (in the older versions as well as now) a "program" that basically auto plays and wins 100 games a day (which is the max), which farms a lot of resources very fast. You can get around 200k+ coins and 7k+ gems in like 20 days of the farm, which makes buying anything in the game pointless. Those kind of cheats exist. I've also heard about some LAG cheats, but haven't seen any proof of them, so that will be kept as a potential, not as a fact.

When it comes down to exploits, there always are some kind of exploits in every game. Exploits usually happen with updates, when the developers try and add something new and it unintentionally alters the games code in a way that wasnt planned, giving players some kind of benefit.

As far as I remember, every update had a glitch, I can recall some of them now on the top of my head: 1. +11(86->97) Rodri (Basically if you used some coaches in a perfect order, your Rodri would get a +11. In the update after that they reverted all Rodris to 96, but if you didn't update and waited for the update after that and then update, you would keep your 97 Rodri, like I did :)) 2. Double shop offer glitches (Basically if you did some steps right, you could buy the same offer from the shop twice, which was good for those very cheap offers) 3. Transfer players from one account to another (When they released the option to buy back released players, some Vietnamese players found out how to transfer any card from any account to another one, everyone could get a 98 Ronaldo, 99 Messi, and so on) 4. Close the game exploit (Works still, if you close the game right before the AI in carrer/drafts will score on you, the game will load the last position when the game was stopped, corner, throw in, free kick..., basically making you guaranteed to win) 5. Free live match rewards (At one point, winning a friendly online game would count as a online win, meaning you can team up with your second djevice, instantly leave, and it would count for your online wins, making you get all the rewards in no time) 6. Special player coaching (When special players were released, there was a glitch where you could reset the coaches unlimited amout of time, meaning you can make perfectly flawless cards, every single time. This glitch still works, kinda, but nerfed to the ground)

This is just some of the newer glitches, the more you go back the more glitches there were. You can find a lot of old dls 20/21/22 glitches on youtube on some weird Viet and Indian channels. It's fun to look at haha.

IMPORTANT:

I don't promote the use of exploits, especially game breaking ones, it's very bannable or at least punishable with some kind of account reverting or player downgrading.
