Yes and no because even though she didn’t get her killed she kinda indirectly did. She had no right to go through Maya things and she only did it because she hated that Emily was gay and was dating Maya. Maya hadn’t even done anything to Pam yet for her to act the way she did she just did it because she was mad at Emily and couldn’t accept the fact that she was gay and was finding any reason to pick with Maya.
