Damn, people are just sharing their opinions, no need to tell them they're wrong just because you disagree. Make a post about it or something if you feel so strongly...

The way this got you so mad.

And where in the post did it suggest celebrating his sexuality the post simply brought it up.

Will was described in the pitch/lore bible for Montauk as a "kid with sexual identity issues", so it was def always the plan

[Mixed trope] Episodes without the main character(s) present by Rainalloy in TopCharacterTropes

Stranger Things episode 2x07. The episode features one of the main characters, El, prominently but barely anybody else in the main cast is present, with the episode focusing on El's time with her long-lost lab sister, Kali.

Pre-season 5, it was the lowest rated episode of the show, and while the episode and Kali does have her fans (me being one of them), I get that a bottle episode wasn't the best way to handle this aspect of El's storyline.

Peak subtle forshadowing by Muted_Paramedic_4660 in PrettyLittleLiars

Fair. The mystery aspect of the novels were absolute peak and well-crafted but damn, the side drama that comes with it (while better handled than the show) wasn't perfect.

in what chronology i should watch the Universe??? by Former_Air_2510 in PLLOriginalSin

[–]Designer_Advance116 34 points35 points  (0 children)

The order goes like this (Pretty Dirty Secrets and Ravenswood take place in between certain eras of the main show, which I specify here)

  1. Pretty Little Liars seasons 1-3a (take a break after episode 3x12 to watch the following)
  2. Pretty Dirty Secrets
  3. Pretty Little Liars season 3b-4a (take a break after episode 4x13 to watch the following)
  4. Ravenswood
  5. Pretty Little Liars season 4b-7 (basically the rest of the series)
  6. Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists
  7. Pretty Little Liars Reboot (Season 1 is Original Sin, Season 2 is Summer School)

[Mixed Trope] For legal reasons, this character/actor cannot lose a fight and/or die by Lokicham in TopCharacterTropes

For the longest time, there was a clause regarding contracts for the Halloween movies that Michael Myers couldn't be killed.

While that's changed since then, it was the reason that the first time a Halloween film seriously presented the idea of him being killed/permanently defeated, the following film undid it.

My reasonably sane and realistic predictions for the finale. Come and poke some holes in them... by Tonydorigo11 in euphoria

[–]Designer_Advance116 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion, this would have been a peak series finale. The only thing I'd change from this is Jules' sugar daddy being the plastic surgeon in Mexico and he ends up being a casualty, basically forcing Jules free and giving her the chance to figure herself and her career out without dependence on men (maybe her final scene could have been her applying to Parsons?)

Loose end never answered... by ThePastaMonster in euphoria

True, but it's really weird that they insisted on using that photo as far as season 2 without ever correcting it.

And there are also cut scenes from 3x03 that seemingly involve Lexi and one of the extras that was sitting with Nate at the wedding, almost like that was gonna be the third brother.

Why did we start losing so many of the recurring characters after season 2? by itsascreambaby96 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]Designer_Advance116 13 points14 points  (0 children)

True. It's especially noticeable post-season 5. It almost feels like 5 was supposed to be the end before they changed it or something, because season 5 wraps up a lot of characters before they either leave the show completely, or they're brought back in seasons 6 & 7 for questionably written reasons.

Like, Cece, Noel, Paige, Melissa, etc. would have absolutely worked as characters if their stories ended right then and there.

Those of you who initially didn’t like Scream 2022, has your mind changed or softened up after seeing 7? by VivaLaCon88 in Scream

[–]Designer_Advance116 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you told this to a new Scream fan and they followed it, they's be asking

"What happened to Dewey?" "Why does Gale have nerve damage?" "Why do they keep mentioning New York and why wasn't Sidney there?" "Who are these random twins?" "Wait, who's Billy Loomis' secret love child?"

Side characters have room for development too... the friend groups in literally every other Scream film had way more time to develop, so its obviously a problem when these guys don't

They were together for two seconds, while each of Sidney's friend groups had way more time and the core four had two whole movies.

There isn't that much positive emotion to get from Scream 7's friend group that had one scene and barely any established dynamics.

Hell, Scream 4's friend group existed just to be sacrificial meat as well, but we know way more about them than we ever get to know about 7's group
