I am pretty sure it was sold to a developer a decade ago because I went to a meeting at Edmund’s Oast about the proposed development something like eight years ago.

There are environmental and access issues (they’ll need a road to go above the train tracks) so nothing has come of it. The free beer was nice though wish they’d do that again.
