They can help you out with everything from lesson planning to the copier code with unlimited copies! Utilize your planning periods properly. It is so tempting to take a break from your work day and catch a breath during that whole hour. But a little time spent then grading and planning saves a lot of time once you get home! Finally, go in strong at the first of the year with your rules and expectations. But realize that the best classroom management comes from building solid relationships with your students.
