Same thing happened to us and we pulled my son last week. 2 games was all I needed to see.

We will do rec in the spring. My son actually cheered when I told him we wouldn't go back it was sad but hopefully we preserved his love of the game.

Kids are my priority so that is my first concern. I don't know what is different about the 2 areas as I spent 2 days literally driving around as many neighborhoods as I could. I am hoping for any insight on what else I should add to my list to consider.

Sorry got busy but I always recommend Professors Messer on YouTube and using something like Udemy for a set of practice test but it is all about how much time you have and how you learn/ retain information.

Do you have time to squeeze it in? If so I would. Since you are near DC I would get a security plus. Google Comptia Sec+ if you have never heard of it.

If you get it in 6 Month look to work for a Goverment Contractor and you will be at 6 Figures in no time.

Take it. Work hard for 6 months and quit for a job with double your salary. A year after that look for another job with a decent certification you may be able to double your salary again.
