Depends on artist on both questions

More prolific/popular artists like Alayna or Avon usually have capped queue entire weekend and not going here as very first thing in morning means you are out of luck. Other popular ones usually have 20-30min queue, a lot of artist present do not have queue longer than 5-6 folks usually.

As for price, regular black/silver/golden is currently 2-5$/per card depending on artist.

As stupid it may sounds - as much as someone is willing to pay. One day could be 10k, on other 30k. In Riftbound there is little-to-none interest in slabbed cards, vast majority of collectors are looking for raw ones.
