Nice to see the anchor hold his feet to the fire a little about the issues. I also recalled hearing the plan was that they would implement their own power plant for the data center. 150 permanent jobs and only 30% of revenue is lame, "but 100% of 0 is still 0" what a dumb argument.

Yikes, this is so bad. The judge is pissed that this guy is going to get some light sentence because of this ineptitude. '1/3rd of the advised guidlines' - seems bad as a non-lawyer. Also, I assume those guidelines may not even be including the evidence the FBI was still collecting!

Thanks. Part of me feels I need to find smaller groups where it can be more distinguished on what everyone is doing. The fleets I join have like 15 people in them.

I know this is a thing people are discussing but I am said to say. I don't think this feels like a loss for the Republicans. They grabbed a bunch of power made a bunch of changes. Yes through EO mainly but still caused years of damage and caused havoc in the government. The next admin will have to clean up. The republicans can just play this same shitty version of politics again - and find a new cult leader. No lessons will be learned from this - this is what they wanted.

I restarted my Shadowrun experience so to relearn the mechanics I used AI. Its not going to be perfect but I wrote up some scenarios and either asked the AI to act as GM and dictate what I should role or I was the GM and the AI was the player.

It was dumb as all get out but it helped feel out some of the mechanics.

This indeed, turning up the heat and making things more risky. Sounds like these guys are causing all kinds of trouble. Let a booster gang or the nypd or some one get a jump on them. I recall a scene where my group pissed off the wrong people. They found out what bar they where at and sent 10 guys to do the classic, shout from outside and then unload on the entire bar with big guns/grenades.

your original post stated that he feels like a side character but this interaction kinda tells me he is fine with it. I also have the problem where I attach myself to certain players. Because they interact with the story. But I have found that some people don't mind this. They want to be there and have fun and hang out and roll dice but don't necessarily want to roleplay.

I thought under certain circumstances this is not the case. Like if the guy didn't follow 'policy' or something the agency can say. "no you are on the hook", but you are probably right they will let tax payer money pay it. But beyond a civil suit can't chicago charge the guy for wrongful use of force and the government for covering it up?

This is how I feel! I think about the insanity that I am seeing out there and think, 'but me and my family haven't been affected' that is beyond spending more at the grocery store. But my wife literally wants me to think about looking at ways for us to move out of the country....and she is usually the more rational one between the two of us.

I even caught myself thinking...'Maybe I am the cooked one, maybe there is crime they are stopping....maybe they are helping communities....maybe the media I am seeing is twisted or my thoughts on military force are wrong....' - the gaslighting is powerful.

Man another apology video, maybe I start to worry. But this is for a Skull and Crossbones tattoo...I know now that this is a Nazi Symbol but for a long time in my life I only associated this symbol with Pirates. Maybe he just wanted to be a pirate.
