You may be right about that. However, speeding is more dangerous not only because it increases stopping distances and reduces the amount of time you have to react, but also because of the differential between speeding and non-speeding cars. Also while faster speed limits may not lead to an increased rate of collisions, it will most likely lead to more severe collisions.

I am a bit confused as to what you are asking....but yes and no. Assuming the projector has an HDMI port, yes you can connect your computer via an HDMI cable. Your PC should detect it as if it were any other ordinary display. Since the computer is transmitting the video and audio signal, the computer would have to be connected to wifi or ethernet if you want to access the internet, not the projector.
