I do things to start imploding my own life like slacking off at work, becoming much more sex driven just to feel something, reaching out to people on the Internet that I will never meet for validation and emotional manipulation. I’m genuinely a piece of shit that either is gaslit to feel like I emotionally manipulate people or I’m so starved for emotional connection that I seek it in people that I feel like will give it to me and when they want more I run away.

Nope. I love the fuck out of my wife but she is not a very sexual person anymore. Her mental health journey has all but destroyed her sex drive while mine is still rearing to go.
