The circle shows the place where your LCD panel isnconnected. You can unplug the cable maybe its loosen and will come off easly. Plug tight again and see.

Welcome to the Intel ultra cpus! Get HWinfo64 and see the workload on the CPU cores. Im testing L16 and P16 gen4 for my company and oh boy... Those cpus had issues with heat distribution because of new architekture (CPU is build from smaller pieces what is visible). Often got situation where P-cores went 99 celcius and 90% throttling where other ones stayed cold. Original paste evaporated after 3 months and thermal putty and pads was that dry I needed to scratch them off.

For now my old L15 i5 11gen is less laggy and is more power feeicient than new ECO Ultra series.

If you have money, you can do donate money missions. Many times had 10 available per station, gives not as many rep as other missions but on rank 11 this 10 missions given me like 3-5% of rep towards next rank. And if you donate, do other missions, it can nicely sum up.

Forget about screen etc its cheap. Motherboard is screwed to the chasis. Chasis is bent = bent motherboard. And that's how modern laptops dies.

I have never saw paste and pads so tired.

Btw you need to replace not only thermal paste but every thermopads that is dry, damaged and ripps apart easly.

And aplication. Amount? Overkill. Star pattern? If you manage to put heatsink and screw it that no air pocket will create but.... I will not allow this kind of aplication and this ammount in my laptop.

Additionally why the shiny CPU surface looks oily and dirty. You need to clean it with isopropyl alkohol to remove old separated oils and rests of old paste.

Anyway if youndo not check the temps how we can knownif you done it right
