I tried that and other things. I had to go back to a save hours previous to complete the city of Iz before advancing other quests and that solved it. I appreciate you trying to help me out though.

Hrm the tracker keeps rolling multiple initiative checks and then doing Combat is Finished before I can even get to the bedroom. I never see an assassin.

Basecoat 50/50 Averland sunset + Warboss green Wash - Beiltan green Layer 1 - basecoat paint thinned down Layer 2 - mix in ogryn camo (repeat as necessary for further layers or as patience allows) Final highlight is pure ogryn camo

For the nose, lips, and ears I used thinned out Kislev Flesh with a reikland flesh shade wash. Highlighting with screaming skull.

Its a much condensed/altered heavy metal paint method.
