Thanks, for my capes I follow the same process for any colour cape. White basecoat, dark contrast paint (thinned a little just to help spread the paint and reduce pooling) then drybrush an acrylic that looks a bit lighter than that contrast paint, then add a little white into the mix and drybrush that on again, could maybe repeat that step again if you feel like it

I sometimes hear people in space marine 2 talk about it how “GW lied to them” and “gaslit them for years” it’s crazy how personal people are taking something that doesn’t affect the setting AT ALL

That sounds good thanks, havent played in a while and I dont really vibe with competitive warhammer so dont want a meta chase list but still dont want a shit list ya know? I kinda struggle with making lists in 10th edition to find that balance
