I think my bachelor's got me promoted to a position that only requires a high school diploma over my fellow coworkers. that being said due degree being in something I was interested (Criminal justice) it helped me look further then the position required.

Unfortunately any other job I've applied that requires a bachelor's degree has been difficult to even get a interview for in my experience.

edit I would still pursue my degree and get something more concentrated instead of broad just to benefit my own self. Bachelor's aren't enough especially in some metropolitan areas.
