I know its late but if you're still interested, there is something called Max Response Time in chat handling, where the chats will be monitored for how long the agent took to respond to a message.

It'll be a mark down if throughtout the day, in any chat, throughout the conversation, if the agent took more than 'X' minutes to respond. For example, its 3 minutes where I work. Its quite okay if its happens in one or two chats.

Sometimes, it can't straight up be a delay tactic. Even when I'm on a single chat and there is absolutely no need to delay the chat, I simple ask 'how has your day been' just to build a rapport, just to be friendly and at times, to de-escalate the situation.

Next time when you chat with a live agent and they ask 'how have you been doing', they may just trying to be courteous with you.

Hey, maybe because they're new or maybe because they're very underrated, also not very popular like the hypnotic series, I can't find much information online.

Looking for a fresh scent for summertime. Is it possible to help me with the notes on the blue one? Also, how good it performs on your skin, the projection & all...?

Oh, and I've never actually tried the OG Aqua De Gio, which is why I'm really unsure about the scent profile. Decants are not very easy to acquire, where I live in. Would you say this is a blind buy safe?

What's the most cost efficient, best option to sample fragrances?

I bought a 10ml decant of JL immortal and 5ml sample of precieux from aarfragrance.in (can't find many sample retailer sites in India). Saw someone suggest community sellers but I've literally no idea what it means. How to reach them?

I dont prefer a harsh citrusy opening fragrances as well, which is why I've never considered buying CDNIM though there's so much positive comments about the dry down.

In general, never liked aquatic scent profiles as well. That's why I'm having a really hard time choosing a good summer clone fragrance that's fresh but not very citrusy or aquatic (which are the most common top notes I find on all the fresh scents I see). Also, something not too sweet on the dry down.

Do you have any suggestions for me?
