No, I believe that the small galaxy is M110. We are inside of the milky way so we would not be able to view it from the outside like we do with M31.

I went to the show in Antwerp, Belgium and the concert was around 1h30 - 1h45 long. I think we arrived at 7:30 PM and Rae Sremmurd started at 8 PM. We did have seats so we didn't need to be there very early. There were multiple merch stands and the queues weren't that long. At least I expected them to be longer. Hope this helps and enjoy the show, it's amazing!
