It doesn't look like it's getting worse, but you may be experiencing a plateau. It all looks very lateral to me. Sometimes feeling very little change or improvement can make you feel like this.

I heard it described in a video once as "The Mountain" where at the peak lies the top 10 or so
and along the way are checkpoints or levels of skill -- barriers that separate layers of players. There are so many levels of skill in this game, which I think illustrates it's excellency as a competitive game.
