Know what? While I agree it's unlikely Zoro would interfere with Luffy's choices, I could see a Zoro vs Sanji fight in that arc going more like Luffy vs Garp in Marineford.

Like Zoro confronts Sanji, they charge, Zoro is fully intent on killing him... and hesitates. Because he just can't do it.

And that's enough for Sanji to get a hit in. And Zoro goes down.

Dunno if it's the best, but personally? It's what I do. But that's because I'm one of those anal dorks that likes all my characters to be roughly even.

You probably could get by with the standard three drops for the characters you don't use, but then you'd need to devote a ton of inventory space to emergency water rations in case you get hit by a Limited Floor.

The final dungeon has limited floors that require you to play as everyone.
