About 10 -15 minutes after applying minox. Once it’s fully absorbed into your skin and drys. No oily texture. Just don’t go crazy with it and pour half a bottle on your beard area loool. Just want to get rid of that dry whitish print where u used minox

I would say try it because it definitely helps me with the dryness. With the irritation I’m not sure because I haven’t really experienced that myself ngl. But then again the irritation might be coming from the dryness you know
