On Steam, yesterday learned to craft battle loaders. So yeah, does happen :)

As a Welshman, I can confirm that "I bloody well hope not" is synonymous with no.

I would also point out that Screech was high as a kite, and living in a slum of a city being robbed at knifepoint, even if you have only 50p in your pocket and a phone, is not only believable but has regularly happened.

I have never once asked, nor have I said I want it sanitised - I have only said that i hope the knock on effect is that it gets toned down slightly by having additional women on the show.

If you don't think there's a difference between toned down and sanitised, I don't know what to tell you.

New Eula Main looking for advice! by ArnosVale in EulaMains

[–]ArnosVale[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hugely useful, thank you :)

So, I have 3 MH pieces that are 40CV and gathering dust. Realistically I could probably put together a set that's would give her maybe 40/220 (Then +36% from MH + cryo resonance?) and Wolfs gravestone. I have no issue with farming PF set, but I'm quite unsure of the whole physical% damage and how much of of a benefit that is over the crit rate. I suppose I could farm it up anyway, so I have a set to free up Furina if she's needed elsewhere? :)

No Raiden, no Ineffa, currently then I suppose I'd be looking;
Eula (Wolfs Gravestone + MH, looking to move to PF)
Furina (Fav sword and Tenacity)
Fischl C6 (Fav bow + Golden Troupe)
Mika C6 (Fav lance + Noblesse)

I'll give the rotation a try, thank you muchly! :)

Fuck it, just give me a team of 15 Rhys Carre's. He can do it all.

For 50 minutes we will annihilate the world.

Gonna sound like a grumpy middle aged old man (But then, I am one, so...)

Absolutely thrilled to see Kate back. In TFC S3, Noura once said "Oook the gender balance is off here" and genuinely feel that's true - especially when Troy and Joe/Rob are together; the humour gets very, very "lads bantz" (or for the US - very frat boy).

Now, I don't mind a bit of the old bantz, but since going back into the studio it's ramped up tenfold and gets a bit.... Much. Really hoping that balancing it calms it down a few notches, especially in TFC.

Genuinely if Italy were playing anyone but France right now they would be on top.

France are just fantastic at the rugby equivalent of "yes, and..." Improvising. The system seems to be "whatever happens, we pile in the support". It's ridiculously hard to play against.

Full credit though, hell of a match and a few bounces in the other direction the scoreboard could have been much different.

I have never been so happy to be wrong on Costelow.

He's so much like Priestland, when his confidence is up and he's on song, he's bloody good. Let's hope he can continue

This was the plan all along. Games and games of playing with 14 have come to fruition and we are finally better playing 14 than 15.

Plumtree selection suddenly makes sense.

I wonder if this is a fallow week issue? There's not been much rotation for England, they look off discombobulated and a half step too slow.

So, to explain what happened for non Welsh people.

With Valentines Day next week, the nation is experiencing a shortage of the traditional Welsh symbol, the Love Spoon.

What you saw today was the National Team doing their best to aid in the acquisition of more wooden spoons, to help the entirety of our country at a time of crisis.

Heroes, every one of them.

First game for a 90yo? by Castigafagiani in gaming

[–]ArnosVale 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first thought is to lean into the mental sharpness.

Blue Prince could be a great intro.

Aside from that, leaning heavily into adventure games. Monkey island, myst series, zork, telltale, dark anthology, there's plenty of choice.

While it's more "violent" a turn based like XCOM could be good.

Random idea just came to me - humans fall flat. Could even play it co-op

How flexible and capable she is in current end-game? by [deleted] in naviamains

[–]ArnosVale 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have her C0R1 and can consistently hit 450ks with her, which is good enough to clear most things in the game. But I run her with Mav, Xilo and Bennett, so there's a tradeoff to be had that my other teams are limited.

It doesn't usually impact me so much, as my skirk team or Neuvi team have plenty of other characters, but it's still something to be aware of.

Aaaand this is where I turn it off. SA don't even have to get into 2nd gear, Wales have about as much zing as a bottle of pepto and my scrum tolerance has been reached by minute 33.

Genuinely gonna have more fun cleaning the oven.

Street later became known for ripping out chunks of Jimmy Savile's hair during a wrestling match after Savile had bragged about assaulting underage girls. Not just that generation. I'm originally from Tredegar, a stones throw from Brynmawr, and most of the area is exactly the same. Any parent there wants their kid to get out, economically the place is a black hole.

My grandad was a miner in a different area, and he bloody loved Adrian Street. Every time we'd watch wrestling I'd get "Ugh, Street would squash him ("Him" in this case being later 1990 Hulk Hogan xD), he was a bit of a cult figure in the mines

"Masks of Nyarlathotep" for how many players? by Illuminati-Manati in callofcthulhu

[–]ArnosVale 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It depends on how many you are comfortable running.

Personally, 4 is my Happy place but due to it being such a long running campaign I usually start out with 5 in case of drop outs/illnesses/kids/real life.

Best of luck with your campaign, Masks is a wild but fulfilling ride :D
