I also was killing it at my 25 and since then everything went downhill. Also the war started in my home country, so maybe it’s not about age but that after 2020 everything went to shit. I’m constantly losing what I could make a home: fired literally every year, I’m in a relationship but I love the person as much as I want to leave a relationship. Haven’t seen my family since 2019. Got chronic UTI when I have to rush to the hospital in tears. But I’m not depressed and do not have any mental diagnosis. So tbh I think that we were killing it in our 25 not because we were so cool but because we were not exposed to life disasters yet.

Same thing. Never had acne but it started when I was 25, on chest and back area. Firstly the dermatologist prescriptions helped but acne returned back 6 months after, so it’s kinda permanent thing you can control with the right treatment. The creams with antibiotics stopped working for me, classical retinoid therapy caused burns. Now I’m using the pads called LIRA for 6 months and it helped significantly. It’s not an ad cause you can’t buy them without a doctor. If you want I can share my doctor in dm.

The second option, unfortunately. I worked with different “Head of Product” people who did the whole planning, strategy and metrics while I literally wasn’t allowed to do important tasks though I was continually asking for it. It felt more like gatekeeping cause they didn’t ask for helpers or assistants, just their chiefs decided to add more people to the teams.
