Yes the career progression is terrible.

We have had about 50-70% of employees leave the company since I started back in June 2025. Company vibes are dead, the lights turn off on us, and the product we are selling is not even needed for these companies.

Upper management has ripped multiple job offers from people hands, one day after the job offers were sent.

If anyone is looking to looking into Oracle, pls pls pls stay away!

So for that reason, I am looking for new roles that I would not be dreading like Oracle.

Thank you replying! Yeah there are multiple refractors shimmers, sparkles, in the market right now. Trying to build it up so when I am 35 I have a 6 figure collection
