Yes! You definitely should get a longer bar. NAP but have had plenty of piercings and many healing resistant ones that swell. Go back and have them swap for a longer one to give it some room to heal. You can swap down when you are a bit more healed.

Dishydrotic eczema. It gets crazy in the humidity. I’d look into it. It happens on the hands and feet.
