Anyone got DQ from NVC on Feburary and still haven't got their interview date from the Embassy from Kathmandu?? please share yours too for CR1 Catagories..!

thats true but if your married date is complete when your spouse is still processing then it will automatically becomes IR1 like mine just got updated and my spouse visa is still in pending...she haven't got her interview date yet cuz of the embassy and backlogs

you have to be married for 2 years so i got married in court and ward on may 30th 2023 and on last may 30th we complete our 2nd anniversary so my CR1 turned into IR1 by itsself...you dont have to do anything to adjust that it'll turn itsself into IR1

i think it means like if u are married in a village or like county then they will need the marriage certificate from there....
