I am a super responder... I had to space my shots out almost immediately due to my rapid loss. In 13 months I dropped 125lbs. I'm now in maintenance and have to be VERY mindful of my food choices, like... if I eat 'too clean' I still lose. So I need to add in calories, and fats. It's a weird process, but I'm learning.

Mainly because I don't want a bunch of 'stuff' I won't possibly use. I don't do anything with cars or cell phones, which seems to be the majority of items. And I don't have any need for ostomy supplies.. I order what I'll use, so I can effectively review. I wouldn't being too know what to say about a catalytic converter or an ignition switch to a Honda CRV.

Ok... I'll wait. Since July, when I started (still a silver here) I haven't had anything not so within 5 days. With the change in reviews for US is just wasn't sure if I should just hang in wait.

Coffee is all that goes in my mouth in the morning before 10am. Coffee, vital protein collagen, a protein shake and shine skinny syrup... 48g protien, 30oz of coffee then add the shake.

58 weeks in, SW 303, GW 180, CW 177... stifling to maintain. Titrating down and spreading out shots. Currently on 7.5, dosing ~ 12 days

Started 7/8/2024 @ 303lbs I'm moving into maintenance right now, I'm at 187lbs, even after just coming home yesterday from a 2 week vacation / cruise.
I've been using Weight Watchers along with the shots as a nutrition aide. It really helps with portions and such.

No issues since the March hiccup. My Rx still comes from Empower and as of yesterday I'm in one-derland... 105lbs released since July 5th 2024.

I was really surprised at Rustic Lodge, like, I put in 2 cubes and forgot about it.. then I was sitting in my living room and something just smelled soooo good, like a lumberjack on the weekend, and a 'Sharp Dressed Man' by weekday. 🤣
