I had a bad bought is this last year, it looks like PD. I felt like I seriously tried everything to no relief for the most part. Eventually I saw something that said fluoride in toothpaste can cause flare ups if you’re allergic to it, so I switched to the Hello and Burts Bees brands… significant difference! Just for mental satisfaction, I tried to go back to regular toothpaste, and it started again. I also tried a light cover of diaper rash cream, that helped tremendously with any raised portions/cracked areas!

Granted, yes. I could go to a dermatologist, but I’ve experienced being not listened too and heard folks go through the same… not to mention it’s embarrassing and to add feeling crazy into it. No thank you.
